Another typ of wood finish

This one shows the proper grains as are found in the teak wood and show when you polish them. 
There is a slight difference in the procedure. Here you have to use two to three colors to prepare the base. Then in the end you polish the terracotta base to give it a complete wood finish.

Wooden Finish on Terracotta

A wood finish on a terracotta pot looks great and questions do arise like "how did you give this shape to the wood?" 

The procedure is the same as applied for a piece of wood, i.e. the way you polish the wood. The result comes out the best if you apply the whole procedure in the sun or when the day is sunny.
